Always happy to see it fired...

Made it out of the Kiln...yippee... It's just under 12" tall. I think this will do well at the Big Name, Little Art auction for the Crocker. Can't wait to see it glazed.

Not Bad...

The boots came out nicely, high-fire under glaze. To bad the piece these boots were for --bit the dust. Guess I should start that one over and just put these out on my porch???

Ready for Fire

Done. This piece has been a delight. Now, I'm ready to roll my pants up and get to the Beach.

I think it has to be called "Time for the Beach", what do you think?

Thought this needed a Beach Ball

Front chair legs are finished. Chair ready to assemble. I thought I should add a beach ball? This could be interesting.

I think all the details are complete, now all I need to do is get the occupants into their places.

Yes, I'm planning on two figures for this piece. kt

Out of the Kiln

Good news and bad news. The good news, the window stayed in place. The bad news, the crack didn't take the fix.

No worries, I think I can repair that during the glazing process. A little paper clay and glaze should do the trick.
